Isabella of Castile was the wife of Ferdinand II Of Aragon. Their marriage united Spain. She financed the voyage of Christopher Columbus, which lead to the discovery of the Americas.

Ivan the Great (1440-1505)

Ivan the Great, Grand Duke of Moscow (Ivan III) brought the seattered provinces of Muscovy under one control and put an end to Tartar rule.


Ivan the Terrible (1530-1584)
